498 a -abuse of law by greedy parents of girl

498 a has allowed the parents and girl herself to abuse the law.they take the advantage of the law under HM act to extort money from the parents forgetting the consequances.the parents and boy are being arrested and put in jail for no crime.thepolice never investigate the case on merit of the case but simply arrests the parents and boy under 498 a.the section 498a has non baliable offences and hence they have to remain in jail for many day before they get bail from court.so it is absolutely abuse of law by some greedy perosns and govt,ncw,law commission,sci should intervene the matter to check abuse of law by some greedy and unscruplous people.the law wouldnot return back the humiliation and insult to the parents of they were arrested although every one knows that the case is false and fabricated but our women organisations and their leaders who are also a part of hindu society should accept that the humiliaton and ostracisation too deep for a family to bear. can these womens lib would refund the life of any such boy who may have committed suicide under mental stress and depression.
