second state Reorganisation commission-a pandoras box

our central govt is thinking to form a second state reorgansiation commission to satisfy the demands of the undeveloped areas of present states of india.undoubtedly it is a good and welcome step in regard to the actual need of smaller states to reach development to the undeveloped areas. demand for smaller states like telengana,gorkhaland,vidarbha,coorg,harit pradesh,purbanchal,mahakoshal are coming up.the day is not far off when the 2nd SRC would be inundated with such demands for smaller states all over country.Our iron man sardar ballabh bhai patel has succeeded in amalgamation of 500 odd princley states in india after independence and created these states through 1st SRC on linguistic basis which had failed to achieve the postive result.after the 1st SRC several new states were created ie.haryana,himachal pradesh,jharkhand,chhatishgarh,uttarakhand by birfucating the existing states.we have experienced bifurcation of districts inside the states to give good governance to the people and reach developemnt at their door steps and that too also helped.so we do respect the verdict of people and allow the central govt to form a 2nd SRC for creation of smaller states.smaller states are useful ffor good governance and it must be under the central govt and governed under Union Territory status for 5 years before any assembly and council is formed to govern by mla and mlc.
